We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and results-driven Dental Implant Sales Consultant - Patient Ambassador to guide patients through the life-changing journey of dental implant treatment. Key Responsibilities
Guide the Patient Journey
- Lead patients through a consultative decision-making process for dental implant treatment.
- Ensure patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their care choices.
Educate and Build Trust
- Clearly explain advanced implant procedures and treatment options in an approachable, patient-friendly way.
- Answer questions and provide ongoing support throughout the process.
Follow-Up and Engagement
- Conduct timely follow-up communication to maintain engagement and address concerns.
- Support patients from initial consultation through scheduling and treatment completion.
Financial Guidance
- Develop customized payment solutions aligned with each patient’s financial needs.
- Help patients understand financing options and affordability pathways.
Lead Generation and Relationship Building
- Participate in proactive outreach efforts, including referral development, community engagement, and outbound calling.
- Cultivate relationships that strengthen patient trust and drive referrals.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Partner closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Work with leadership to achieve patient care and performance goals.
Additional Support
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall office and organizational success.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required, preferably in direct-to-consumer consultative sales.
- Dental or healthcare office experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in problem solving.
- Strong organization and consistent follow-up skills.
- Experience using contact tracking or CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
