Smart Arches Dental Implant Centers is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives who thrive in a high-volume, phone-driven sales environment and are motivated by meaningful results.
This is not a passive order-taking role. You’ll spend the majority of your day on outbound and inbound calls, building trust with prospective patients, guiding them through life-changing dental implant decisions, and being rewarded for consistent performance and disciplined follow-up.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls with prospective patients
- Educate patients on dental implant solutions and schedule consultations at our centers
- Build trust quickly and guide patients through next steps in their care journey
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to ensure strong appointment conversion
- Work closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
Success in this role is driven by two key performance indicators (KPIs):
- Appointments Set – Successfully scheduling qualified consultations
- Appointments Shown – Ensuring patients attend their scheduled consultations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven inside sales experience with strong closing ability
- Comfortable in a phone-heavy role with high daily call activity
- Preferred experience working with dental organizations, healthcare, or treatment coordination
- Strong communication, empathy, and objection-handling skills
- Coachable, competitive, and performance-driven mindset
- Ability to manage follow-up pipelines to maximize appointment set and show rates
