Smart Arches Dental Implant Centers is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives who thrive in a high-volume, phone-driven sales environment and are motivated by meaningful results.

This is not a passive order-taking role. You’ll spend the majority of your day on outbound and inbound calls, building trust with prospective patients, guiding them through life-changing dental implant decisions, and being rewarded for consistent performance and disciplined follow-up.

Proven inside sales experience with strong closing ability
Comfortable in a phone-heavy role with high daily call activity
Preferred experience working with dental organizations, healthcare, or treatment coordination
Strong communication, empathy, and objection-handling skills

Schedule Requirement

Candidates must reside in the Pacific Time Zone
Standard schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
Flexibility may be required to support peak patient coverage
