Position Summary
The Patient Ambassador is responsible for guiding patients through the life-changing process of dental implants, combining sales expertise with compassionate care. You’ll build trust, educate patients on advanced implant solutions like All-on-Four, and help them navigate financing options to make treatment affordable.
We’re seeking a motivated, empathetic individual passionate about transforming lives through better health and confidence. Your role is key in ensuring patients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their dental journey.
Duties and Responsibilities
Own the Sales Process: Guide patients through the consultative sales process, ensuring they understand and feel confident about their dental implant options.
Educate Patients: Clearly explain procedures like All-on-Four, helping patients make informed decisions.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to address questions and keep patients engaged.
Build Payment Plans: Create customized payment plans tailored to each patient's financial needs.
Lead Generation: Engage in proactive outreach, including cold calling, community involvement, and referral-based lead generation to build a strong sales pipeline.
Smooth Transitions: Ensure seamless coordination from consultation to procedure by collaborating with clinical and administrative teams.
Referral Management: Drive patient referrals by fostering relationships with existing patients.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with doctors and general managers to meet sales and patient care goals.
Additional Duties: Take on other tasks as needed to support office and organization success as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 years of Sales experience required, direct to consumer consultative sales preferred.
- Prior Dental Office experience highly preferred.
- Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- A confident approach and an ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to think outside the box
- Must possess thorough and consistent follow-up skills
- Experience using a contact tracking system
- 4-year degree preferred
