Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour

Position Summary 
We provide life-changing full-arch and full-mouth implants, prioritizing exceptional patient experiences. You’ll play a key role in supporting patients throughout their journey with us. We seek a passionate individual with at least two years of healthcare scheduling experience, strong customer service skills, and attention to detail. Experience in high-volume surgical practice is a plus but not required. More than technical skills, we value integrity, dependability, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Greet patients and complete check-in with a welcoming demeanor. 
  • Answer calls, confirm appointments, and follow up with labs and vendors. 
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars. 
  • Handle referrals and appointment letters. 
  • Process and track five-figure payments, send insurance claims, and balance daily deposits. 
  • Maintain accurate records, alert manager of issues, and anticipate potential problems. 
  • Keep the front desk area clean, track supplies, and place orders. 
  • Participate in meetings and training. 
  • Distribute mail, manage voicemails, faxes, and emails, and relay important information to the team. 
  • Operate multi-line phones, fax, scan, and use software for accurate record-keeping. 
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned to support office and organization. 

Qualifications and Expected Competencies 

  • Task and detail oriented  
  • Self-starter who works well as a part of a team 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Flexible and a quick learner 
  • Great organizational skills, excellent customer service skills and high level of office aptitude 
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior dental front office experience required

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and use hands and arms to operate general office equipment (PC, telephone, file cabinets, copier, fax machine and printer). The employee may occasionally lift and/or move between 10 and 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee may need to travel to healthcare practices.
