About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Dental Assistant to support our restorative dentist in delivering high-quality general and implant restorative care. This role is essential to ensuring efficient clinical flow, exceptional patient experience, and strong clinical outcomes.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced implant and restorative environment. Experience assisting with AOX (All-on-X) procedures and implant restoration is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide chairside clinical support to the restorative dentist during general and implant restorative procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures
  • Take dental radiographs in accordance with New Jersey regulations
  • Perform basic lab duties such as impressions, model pouring, and case preparation for external labs
  • Deliver excellent patient communication related to scheduling, follow-up care, and post-treatment instructions
  • Maintain operatory inventory and ensure clinical readiness
  • Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, infection control and safety guidelines
  • Travel between Brick and Monroe, NJ offices with the restorative dentist
  • Support specialty surgical teams with AOX procedures as needed
  • Assist with additional clinical or administrative duties to support office operation

Qualifications
Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • New Jersey dental X-ray license
  • Familiarity with digital imaging, CBCT, or intraoral scanning technology
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
  • 1+ year of dental assisting experience
  • Willingness to travel between Brick and Monroe locations
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred:

  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
  • Experience assisting with implant restoration and AOX cases
  • Surgical assisting experience or willingness to train
